What we collect

When you play a Loyalbunny game at a participating business, we collect the details you enter: your first name, mobile number and birthday, plus your email address when you claim your prize voucher.

Why we collect it

• Your phone number ensures one game entry per guest and identifies your voucher.
• Your email is used to send you the voucher you won.
• Your birthday (optional) lets the business surprise you with a birthday offer — only if you gave marketing consent.
• Marketing messages are only sent if you actively ticked the consent box. You can withdraw consent anytime via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Who sees your data

Your details are visible to the business where you played (so they can honour your voucher and, with your consent, send you offers) and to Loyalbunny as the platform operator. We never sell your data or share it with other third parties.

Storage & deletion

Data is stored on secured servers. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time — contact the business where you played, or email us and we'll take care of it.
